Criteria Eligibility – Adult or Young Adult ‘unpaid’ Carer in Swansea
This project focuses on respite from the pressures of the caring role and does not always have to mean a break from the person you care for but can also involve traditional respite. Carers can take the break with someone else so that people have something to look forward to and talk about afterwards with the person they care for or do something just for them.
The things available to you are:
o Spa Day – a contribution to the cost of a full day of pampering
o Freedom Leisure 3 months– get first day free/induction, try out see whether it’s for you, then we’ll pay for first 3 months if it’s for you.
o Dining out Voucher– a wide selection of venues to use when you want, take yourself or take someone with you.
o Costa Voucher– use in any Costa, get a couple of visits at your leisure.
o Holistic Therapy i.e. massage – just for you, pamper, and relax
o Unisex Hairdresser Voucher – get a new look, go at a time convenient to you.
o Hotel breaks
o Cinema Voucher– take a friend/family member go see the latest movie, escape to another world for a short time.
o Tenpin Bowling Vouchers – get competitive just book online and use your voucher to pay, go when you want.
