The Dementia Hwb services are expanding! A great way to access the service if struggling to travel to the Quadrant Hwb on the first monday of the month for the next 3 months:

• Monday 5th September 10am – 2pm
• Monday 3rd October 10am – 2pm
• Monday 7th November 10am – 2pm

A one-stop place for all local information to help:

• People worried about their memory
• People who care about someone who may have a memory issue
• Those diagnosed with a form of Dementia
• Those who care for someone who lives with a form of Dementia
